1. Pre-selection Process: Prior to booking, I highly encourage exploring a range of artists to find the one that fits your vision. You may find my portfolio in the “gallery” tab under “Live Wedding Painting” and time lapses on my instagram reels “@kylartonio” to see my painting style and processes. If you choose to give me the honor of painting your wedding, you may then inquire!

2. Booking: You will find the different packages I offer as well as additional information regarding taxes & fees in the “Packages & Pricing” page. Once you have chosen your desired package, fill out an inquiry form. If you are having difficulty choosing, include it in the message box in the inquiry form and I would be happy to help.

3. Approval: I work on a first come, first serve system. Therefore, I highly encourage inquiring as early as possible to secure your date. I will be responding to ALL inquiries with an email to inform you if your request has been approved or denied within 5-7 business days. The approval email will include a series of additional details including travel & delivery fees (if applicable). To secure your booking, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% of the chosen package price + travel fees (if applicable). The remaining package balance and delivery fees (if applicable) will be due 1month prior to the event date.

4. Consultation: Once your booking has been secured, we will set an online consultation 1 month prior to the wedding to discuss important details, vision, and ideas to ensure a seamless performance.

5. Wedding Day: I will arrive 2-3hours prior to the start of the ceremony with a BLANK canvas to begin painting the background. As guests arrive, I will continue to paint and interact for an additional 4-6 hours developing the magical seen you have envisioned. A relocation between the ceremony and reception will occur as discussed, and we will do an end-of-night reveal before I take the painting home to my studio.

6. Studio Touch-ups: This process will require up to 2 months before shipping back to you due to the use of oil-paint to achieve a more life-like painting. Oil-paint in its nature requires time to harden or “dry” before sealing with a protective varnish. However, this process is well-worth for preserving your painting for generations to come. I will then notify you with the shipping details of your artwork as it make its way home to you.
