Yes! Although I am based in Austin, Texas, I am happy to travel to you. All events outside a 30 mile radius of Austin, Texas will be subjected to a Travel Fee & Delivery Fee.

Events held 2 hours outside of Austin, TX and lasting past 9pm will require additional fee for accommodations.

Events outside of Texas and/or need flights for travel will require fees for a minimum of two-nights worth of accommodations, flights, and a checked-in bag to bring all my supplies with.

An accurate bill regarding travel and delivery fees will be invoiced if your inquiry is approved.

Yes! all kylARTonio services including Live Wedding Painting are covered with general liability of up to $1,000,000.

I use high-quality professional acrylic paints during the live portion of the wedding painting to ensure a safe and non-toxic performance for the audience who are wanting to look closer. The acrylic paint brands are Liquitex & Golden.

During studio touch-ups, I add a final layer of oil paints & varnish to enrich the liveliness of the painting’s quality. Some concerns with the presence of lead, cadmium, or cobalt in certain pigments have been raised in the painting industry, however, these are only applicable if you ingest or inhale the pigments directly. Your painting will be properly dried and sealed in my studio before shipment to ensure it causes no future harm. If you want to opt out of the usage of oil paints for your painting regarding any reason, simply let me know and I will do as requested.

There are many different factors artists consider to determine their pricing. I personally think that I am still at an early stage of my artistic career as a college student. My current priorities are building a community around my work, gaining experiences outside University, and solidifying my artistic style before graduation. Therefore, I opted to price my live wedding paintings relatively close to my personal works.

However, please do know that I am always giving my upmost profession and care as I take part of your special day. Live Wedding Painting has brought me so much and sharing the love story of so many couples has been such an honor. I definitely do think that I have found my calling. <3

No. My packages’ prices remain the same all year long. However, if your event requires travel and accommodation, please keep in mind that those may be priced higher during the holidays. Therefore, I highly encourage booking in advanced to secure your date and obtain lower fees.

My attire will most likely be an all black outfit with a lanyard that states “Live Wedding Painter” to avoid confusion for your guests and other vendors. If you or your venue requires a different attire, I will accommodate accordingly.

Generally, I will require at least a 4×4 ft space to set up my canvas, stool, and supply cart. However, I have found that all venues are different, and we can definitely chat about this more during the consultation.
